Peter J. Corcoran provides a traditional solicitor service based in Gosford on the NSW Central Coast (about an hour north of Sydney). Ours is a small, family-based practice which concentrates our expertise primarily in estate administration, preparation of wills and conveyancing.
The Corcoran family have been practicing law for over 50 years on the Central Coast, offering you friendly expertise in legal services with realistic cost estimates.
The firm was established by John Corcoran in 1963, with his son Peter J. Corcoran joining the practice in 1968. Peter still runs the business in Gosford today, offering over 40 years of experience in the legal profession.
Home Visits
Peter frequently consults infirm, unwell or time-poor clients in convenient locations, such as their home, office or nursing home, as the need arises.
Home visits can be arranged throughout Gosford, East Gosford, Erina, Kincumber, Bateau Bay, Matcham, Terrigal, Wamberal, Forresters Beach, Green Point, Avoca and nearby suburbs.

We deliver reliable, compassionate legal services to people in situtations of change, combining legal tradition with just a dash of modern technology.
We can mail you the old-fashioned way (in the post) and real people still answer our phones, but we do read email.
We won't bill you by the minute so there's no big surprise when you receive our invoices and we keep our overheads down which keeps our legal services affordable. (Yes - Peter still uses paper files!)
